A Holistic Way of Life
Treatments are design to help you find your best health. The first step is treating the acute symptoms and reducing any pain. Next we go deeper treating the root cause of the body's imbalance, making it stronger and more resilient. Long term we focus on prevention treating before symptoms present and take hold.
New Patient Evaluation
60 - 90 minute appointment
On your first visit we will sit down and discuss your health history, current symptoms, and your goals. Depending on what you are being treated for, we may do some hands on palpation, range of motion tests, feel your pulse, and look at your tongue. In the same appointment you will receive an acupuncture treatment and be given a treatment plan.
Follow-up Acupuncture Treatment

All follow up treatments will include a brief interview about progress since last visit and discuss any new things that may have come up. Your acupuncture treatment may included the same points as the last time or have new points depending on your current presentation.

You will receive a treatment plan with nutritional recommendations including supplements and herbs.
Low-level Light Therapy
Stand alone or combination treatment
Low-level light therapy uses blue, red, and infrared wavelengths to boost cellular energy leading to a cascade of metabolic events to increase micro-circulation and decrease arthritic and joint pain, muscle spasm and stiffness. Light therapy can also be used to treat fine lines and wrinkles and calm acne breakouts. Packages of treatments are recommended for skin conditions and facial rejuvenation.
