With her extensive training and years of clinical experience Mary has a unique approach to treating patients. Utilizing many different modalities to fine tune every treatment to the patient's individual needs. From needling, to massage and cupping, to nutritional and herbal supplementation Mary's treatments go beyond the time in session giving lasting results.
Mary became a Licensed Massage Therapist in 2000 after graduating with an Associates Degree in Massage Therapy from Rogue Community College in Grants Pass Oregon. She moved to Eugene Oregon in 2001 and began building her practice at The Pearl Day Spa. Always exctied to learn more about different healing modalities Mary has been continually adding to her repertoire of skills. In 2006, she graduated from Clayton College of Natural Health with a Bachelors of Science in Natural Medicine, which she pursued in preparation for her life long dream of becoming an Acupuncturist. In 2010, Mary graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, in Portland Oregon, with a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine. After graduating Mary returned to Eugene to work with long time mentor and friend Rachel Rubin, of Emerald Acupuncture Center.
When not working, Mary enjoys life with her husband, two children, and dog. She spends her time being a mom, working in the yard, knitting, camping, running, yoga, and cheering for the Ducks! She is happy to be in Eugene surrounded by family and good friends.
