Office Guidelines Regarding COVID-19

Our office is categorized as medical, so masks are still required at this time regardless of vaccination status.
As a patient:
Please arrive on time for appointment. The waiting room is open so come on in for your appointment.
Wear a mask to your appointment. Masks are still required in medical settings.
If you have any symptoms of infection (sore throat, cough, fever, shortness of breath, loss of taste) or have been in contact with someone who is sick please call the clinic and reschedule your appointment.
If you or anyone in your household has tested positive to COVID-19 in the past 2 weeks please call the office.
If have traveled outside the country in the past 14 days, please call the office.
There are no late cancellation fees if you are ill or have possibly been exposed.
If you become sick after being in the office, with COVID-19 or have similar symptoms, you will call and let me know ASAP.
